The formula for this topic is in the title. (I hope this makes the media forum a bit more active)

I haven't had much money to purchase dvd's as frequently as I have in the past, however the last dvd I bought was Vexille.

Bought a shitload of DVDs recently. The complete Wildboyz series, Steve O boxset, Harold and Kumar etc. Last Blu-Ray was Batman Begins, because, despite having it on DVD, damnit all, it's just so tasty.

I actually haven't bought a new DVD for a while now. Money has been tight!

But the last one was Black Snake Moan.

Dead Set, you know my opinions on that one.

But before then I got 3 for 18 down at HMV *10% discount from 20

And got

The Orphanage - well good
No Country for Old Men - REALLY GOOD
I'm Not there - really confusing, still good.

I want to get There Will Be Blood, is it any good?

Dead Set for me. Which is about as perfect as telly gets, really.

In other news, I keep seeing the Exorcist Anthology box-set for a tenner in Woolies and I'm REALLY tempted to buy it. The first is obvs a classic (which I shamefully do not own) and I'm such a sucker for crap and unnecessary horror sequels. At two quid a disc you can't really argue.

But I'm skint and Christmas is around the corner, so I must resist.

I'm not making the switch yet, I have a HD-TV, I could buy a blu-ray player but I am reluctant.

I can only watch Blu-Ray on my laptop, so it's not really any different, I'm just watching them for the sake of it.
